Cost is all inclusive: Round-trip flight from Chicago O’Hare, NYC, or Miami to Tel Aviv. Lodging in deluxe Israeli Hotels (per-person, double occupancy/price is $5495.00 per person with 2 people per room.) Meals included are breakfast and dinner (some lunches not included). Touring with a licensed Israeli Tour Guide and Israeli Bus Driver in an air conditioned motor coach. Individual headsets are provided which allow you to clearly hear the Bible Teacher and Guide from a comfortable distance. The daily itinerary is an overview of planned events and sites, and is subject to adjustment as necessary at the time of the tour. All taxes, fees and tips are included in the cost of the tour.
Single Room: Single Room Supplement $1250.00 (if you do not want a roommate, chose a single room). Single rooms are limited.
Flights: Flights are round trip from Chicago O’Hare, JFK, or Miami.
Own (self-arranged) Flights: If you want to make your own flight arrangements, there is an $1100.00 deduction (flight credit) from the cost of the trip. We suggest that you call My Travel Agent and speak with our friend Chaim Limor or his staff at 630-961-3606. Just mention that you are traveling with Messianic Journeys and talk with the staff about your plans. They can assist you with making your flight arrangements.

FLIGHT-Round-trip from Chicago O’Hare (ORD), JFK or Miami to Tel Aviv Israel (**If you want to make your own flight arrangements, there is an $1100.00 per traveler credit towards the cost of the trip.)
LODGING – Deluxe Israeli hotels (double occupancy = 2 people per room, each person pays $5495.00)
SINGLE ROOM – If do not want a roommate, the additional cost of a single room is $1250.00. If you want a roommate, but do not have a roommate, we will try to place you with another single traveler of the same gender. However, if no one is available to room with you, you will be charged for a single room. If you are traveling with (or have been assigned) a roommate who cancels, you will be responsible for a single room if no one else is available to be your roommate.
MEALS – breakfast and dinner daily with coffee and tea.
TOURING – per itinerary, (subject to adjustment) with licensed Israeli Tour Guide in private air-conditioned tour bus with Israeli driver.
ALL TIPS and FEES (for tour guide, driver, porters, dining & hotel staff), taxes, entrance fees, transportation costs.

Lunches, beverages (other than coffee and tea), personal expenses (snacks, phone, laundry, internet), travel/trip insurance.
All cancellation notices must be received in writing (e-mail) to the Messianic Journeys office. Refunds for cancellation are based on the time of the cancellation. Failure to submit payments within the required payment schedule (and grace period) may result in trip cancellation by Messianic Journeys.
Before November 15, 2020: Trip Deposit is refundable less $500.00 cancellation fee.
November 15, 2020 – January 14, 2021 Cancellation: Refund less $1000.00 cancellation fee.
January 15, 2021 – February 15, 2021 Cancellation: Refund less $2500.00 cancellation fee.
After February 15, 2021 Cancellation: Sorry no refund.

Prices are based on existing U.S. dollar exchange rate, current costs, fuel charges, and tariff rates, and are subject to change (beyond our control) based on the dollar and international market. Should prices change, you will be notified immediately, and you will be responsible to pay any additional costs.
Payments should be made on the payment schedule for this tour. Failure to make payments on the payment schedule, may result in your loss of place on the tour with cancellation fees. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or electronic check.
If you want to mail a check, please call the Messianic Journeys office 773-338-9100 for instructions. (Check payments are welcome, but do NOT send check payment without talking to our office for instructions regarding this process and mailing address for check payment.)
Deviations and Changes
Requests for deviation from the itinerary are subject to a $500.00 deviation fee, plus any applicable airfare or ground transportation surcharges. Itinerary changes cannot be accepted after January 15, 2021.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your Passport information.
Be sure to enter your Passport name EXACTLY (first, middle, last) as it appears on your Passport. Your tickets will be purchased using the Passport Name you supply. If your name is not exactly the same on your ticket and your Passport, your ticket for this tour will be invalid and may have a substantial cost to re-ticket in the correct name.
You must have a valid passport with an expiration date 6 months after the date of our return to the U.S. If you need a new or renewed passport, it takes several weeks to secure one, so don’t delay applying/updating. Non-U.S. Passport holders, please contact Messianic Journeys.
Inoculations & Visas
No inoculations or visas (for U.S. Citizens) are required for Israel, as of now.
One piece of checked luggage, maximum 50 pounds. Plus, one small personal bag (small enough to comfortably fit on your lap on the tour bus, e.g. a back-pack). Luggage is limited due to the tour bus luggage bay capacity.
Messianic Journeys STRONGLY recommends Trip Insurance. Messianic Journeys urges you to procure Trip Insurance immediately after registering for a tour. This type of insurance will cover the cost of your trip should you need to cancel because of an emergency prior to departure, or return mid-trip to the States because of an emergency, illness or injury.
Messianic Journeys does not provide Trip Insurance; however we partner with Arch RoamRight to provide an excellent option for Trip Insurance. Please secure the insurance plan of your choice immediately upon registering for a trip and carry the information with you as you travel.
Messianic Journeys acts only as agent for the various companies whose accommodations and conveyances are utilized for the tour. It assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any train, carriage, automobile, airplane, camel or other conveyance which will be used either wholly or in part. Neither will Messianic Journeys be responsible for any error, omission, act or any injury, loss, accident or any delay which may be occasioned by reason of defect in any vehicle through neglect or default of any company or person engaged in the conveying of passengers or their luggage. The tour operators accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in motor coach, train, airplane services, or that of any other conveyance, sickness, accident, weather, strikes, war, violence, quarantine, or other causes, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the individual.
Flight times are subject to change by the airline without advance notice. Messianic Journeys is not responsible for airline flight cancellations, schedule changes and delays, and cannot reimburse passengers for expenses resulting from such delays or cancellations. (This includes group flights arranged by Messianic Journeys or connecting flights made by individuals to meet group flights.) Messianic Journeys strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to cover any losses that may be incurred. In the highly unlikely event the airline(s) changes flight schedules, Messianic Journeys reserves the right to lengthen or shorten the itinerary as necessary. A corresponding cost increase may occur if additional nights/meals are necessary.
Physical Requirements & Responsibility
Seeing Israel with Messianic Journeys is not a looking-out-the-bus-window-experience. Our tours are a feet-on-the-ground adventure that requires travelers to be in generally good health, and are responsible to have independent mobility and strength.
There is a significant amount of walking over uneven archaeological terrain and nature pathways as well as up hills and ancient stairs. To participate in this tour successfully, you should be able to climb two flights of stairs without assistance and walk at a modest pace for a mile, as well as be able to stand in possibly hot weather.
Individuals registering for this journey accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk without assistance. If you require a cane, crutches, wheelchair or personal assistance to walk, sorry but this is not the trip for you. You must be physically able to independently walk and travel with the tour group.
